I am Larry D. Bautista, one of your customers. I want to inform you that I cannot redeem my jewelry in your store since I’m doing important things that relate to my job. I authorized my brother, Lice D. Bautista, to fill out the information sheet and redeem my pawned jewelry.
I am hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter. My brother will bring my original valid ID and his identification card for your verification.
Thank you for your time.
Larry D. Bautista
